ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — The Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains (BABRM) is pleased to announce the award winners for the 2025 Western North Carolina Parade of Homes, which took place over the weekends of Oct. 11-12 and Oct. 18-19.

All homes featured in the 44th annual event were eligible for recognition, including the coveted “Best in Show” award. Each entry was carefully evaluated by a panel of out-of-town judges with professional experience in the building industry. Homes were scored on criteria such as design, craftsmanship, functionality and overall impression.

Honors were presented by BABRM on Oct. 17 at the Annual Award Gala, held to celebrate the talent and creativity of the region’s builders, designers and trade partners.

This year’s winners include:

Best in Show

• Beaverbrook by Herrington Homes: This Asheville residence blends mid-century influences with modern efficiency, featuring vaulted ceilings, custom millwork and expansive sliders that open to a private outdoor living space.
