The Soprana event, Rooftop for Relief, was organized in acknowledgement of the one year anniversary of Hurricane Helene hitting Western North Carolina.
Rooftop for Relief was held from 5:30 to 10 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 11 at the rooftop restaurant, with free admission for the public. The fundraiser saw $2 from every pizza sold and $5 from two signature cocktails featuring Cultivated Cocktails spirits donated to BeLoved, as well as 100% of the proceeds from a raffle.

Rooftop for Relief ultimately gathered $2,000 for the nonprofit, a major organizer of hurricane relief efforts in Asheville.
This weekend marks one year since Hurricane Helene hit Western North Carolina. In remembrance of the hardships endured by the Asheville community since the storm, local pastry shop Old Europe Pastries will donate 100% of sales made on the day of the anniversary to continued relief efforts.
